ITINERARY

Day 1

We will send your final itinerary by fax or email to your hotel of stay at least one day before tour departure. Please come to Haneda Airport on your own and assemble at the JTB Check-in Counter. A JTB assistant will help you check-in for your flight.

6:40-7:40a.m. Haneda Airport <airplane> 8:15-9:15 a.m. New Chitose Airport Hilton Niseko Village

Please check in to your hotel on your own. After hotel check in, you are free at leisure to explore the ski resort.

Day 2

Free at leisure all day.

Day 3

Free at leisure all day.

Day 4

3:10-4:30p.m. Hilton Niseko Village 7:40-9:10p.m. New Chitose Airport 9:20-10:40p.m. Haneda Airport

Please check-in at the New Chitose Airport on your own. No assistant service is available. Tour disbands upon arrival at Haneda Airport.

REMARKS

1. Lift tickets are not included in the price of this package. Please buy your own lift tickets at the ski resort.
2. This tour includes the price of ski rentals. Please inform us if you would like to make use of this free ski rental service at least 7 days prior to departure.
3. You will need at least 60 minutes to collect your baggage from baggage claim. Please inform your agent when booking if you plan to check in your baggage. We cannot refund the cost of the shuttle bus to your hotel if you miss your shuttle bus due to baggage claim-related delays. (You will be responsible for the cost as well as the arrangement of your transfer to hotel yourself.)
4. We will book your flight to Hokkaido when you reserve this package. We cannot change your flight times after you have booked the tour.
5. Please notify us of the name of the hotel you are staying at as well as your contact information the day before your tour departure date when making your reservation.
6. We will send the final itinerary to your hotel by fax or email no later than 1 day before the package departure.
7. Changes to the address to which the final itinerary will be sent must be made no later than 8 days before package departure.
8. Infant price includes airfare and shuttle bus costs only.
9. No assistant service is included on the last day of the tour. You are responsible for transferring to the airport by shuttle bus on your own.
10. Guests staying for longer than 4 days will receive 1 dinner coupon. (Dinner valid for a limited menu only.)
11. You may use the JTB Lounge at the hotel from 3:00p.m. to 5:00p.m. The lounge is located at the Hilton Niseko Village's 1st Floor Lounge, "The Flame." Take a break in the lounge while enjoying free hot coffee or tea, and soft drinks and snacks. We will inform you how to access the lounge on the final itinerary.
